Project description:

The project focused on establishing intellectual property protection for the company’s technology through the preparation and filing of its first patent application with the European Patent Office (EPO). The project included the technical analysis of the invention, preparation of the patent specification, claims, and supporting documentation required for filing the patent application.

Project objective:

To establish initial intellectual property (IP) protection for the company’s technology while strengthening the company’s knowledge and expertise in future international patenting, IP strategy, and commercialization.

Project result:

The company’s first patent application was successfully prepared and filed with the European Patent Office (EPO), providing the foundation for the continued development of the company’s IP.
