Key responsibilities.
Develop and implement quality standards, testing procedures, and inspection processes.
Monitor and refine production processes to maintain consistent, high-quality output.
Conduct root cause analyses and collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Test products, components, and materials to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Work with suppliers to uphold quality standards and resolve issues in the supply chain.
Train and support production teams on quality control processes and best practices.
Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and satisfaction.

Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
2+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or a similar role.
Certifications
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
Knowledge
Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and relevant regulatory standards.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in quality management tools (FMEA, SPC, RCA).
Skills and Attributes
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
