Key responsibilities.
Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives like Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to optimize production workflows.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues, overseeing equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance.
Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with Quality Engineering to meet standards, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
Optimize production schedules and capacity utilization, train production teams on new processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Educational Backround
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience
2+ years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with manufacturing software (e.g., CAD, CAM), ERP systems, and knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Familiarity with production methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
