Key responsibilities.
Design and implement manufacturing processes for electronic components to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives specific to electronics manufacturing, such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, to optimize production workflows.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot electronics production issues, overseeing equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance.
Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation for electronics manufacturing, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and industry standards like IPC.
Collaborate with Quality Engineering to meet electronics quality standards, conduct root cause analyses for electronics-related quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
Optimize production schedules and capacity utilization for electronics manufacturing, train production teams on new electronics processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Educational Backround
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience
2+ years of experience in electronics production engineering, electronics manufacturing, or electronics process engineering.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with electronics manufacturing software (e.g., PCB design software, electronics CAD tools), ERP systems, and knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with electronics manufacturing methodologies such as Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly, and IPC standards.
Knowledge of process improvement tools specific to electronics manufacturing (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
