Key responsibilities.

Develop and execute an engineering strategy aligned with our mission.

Lead the development of new product features to meet defence needs and quality standards.

Establish processes and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.

Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and drive success.

Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of defence innovation.

We would love you to have.

Leadership Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within product development in the surface-to-air missile industry.

Technical Expertise

At least 8 years of experience in system or subsystem engineering related to developing surface-to-air missiles.

Industry Reputation

A high-level reputation in the missile industry with the ability to attract and retain top talent.
